Customer Experience Manager

Location: Lower Parel

Experience: 2+ years

Industry: Hospitality / Food Industry experience is mandatory.

:

- Serve as the front-facing contact for customers

- Drive daily customer feedback loops

- Ensure every touchpoint reflects 5-star hospitality standards

- Report directly to the CEO (not a sales role)

- Hospitality / customer service background (ideally from a 5-star hotel)

- Strong communication & relationship-building skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
