Brief : Manage retention activities for assigned Enterprise customers. Take initiatives for customer satisfaction via process improvement. Provide with-cost effective customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Build working relationships with customer for repeat business. Explain customers about new products and benefits. Complaint analysis and necessary action. Client Servicing. Renewal of annual contracts. Billing complaints \' Resolving. Visiting customers for retention effort and relationship management Qualification:- BE In EC / IT & MBA/PDGBM preferred. Experience: 3+ Years experience in the same role (Preferably from telecom background) Position Level: Manager (Female Candidate only need to apply) Skills required: Excellent communication in English, both verbal and written. Proficiency in excel and PowerPoint, or google docs. Good presentation skills. Ability to drive external team members towards deliverables. Developing ways of accomplishing goals with little or no supervision and determining when escalation of issues is necessary. Locations:- Ahmedabad /Kolkata / Gurugram / Bhopal / Mumbai Female candidates preferred. Immediate joiners shall be given first preference.
