1-Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle for Domestic Education Loans, from login to disbursement and post-disbursement servicing

2-Act as the single point of contact for customers, ensuring timely communication and resolution of queries

3-Drive customer onboarding, documentation, and coordination with Sales, Credit, Operations, and Disbursement teams

4-Ensure process adherence, regulatory compliance, and policy alignment across customer interactions

5-Handle escalations and grievance redressal, ensuring quick turnaround and customer satisfaction


Key Responsibilities:




1-Strong understanding of Domestic / India Education Loan products and processes

2-Excellent customer handling, communication, and stakeholder management skills

3-Ability to manage high volumes while maintaining service quality

5-Working knowledge of CRM systems and NBFC processes
