About the role: This is a user experience improvement role. The role will involve working closely with stakeholders across customer service, product, engineering, sales, Growth to drive key initiatives for improving
the user experience in the consumer loyalty program.
Expectations/ Requirements
1. Define & track the customer experience metrics for Paytm\'s loyalty program members
2. Drive execution of customer experience improvement projects by working with cross functional teams
Ideal Candidate Should have:
1. 2-3 years of experience in internal strategy/consulting/e-Commerce program management roles
2. Strong Analytical, MS excel, Presentation & Communication skills
Education:
1. Graduation is compulsory.
2. MBA in marketing or sales would be an added advantage
