Key Responsibilities
Engage with inbound and referral leads (from online ads, WhatsApp campaigns, or inquiries).
Educate customers about our inspection services (Inspekt AI) and training programs (Automoto Akademie) with clarity and empathy.
Guide customers through the booking or enrollment process - from explaining value to confirming payments.
Follow up thoughtfully, not aggressively -- help the customer make the right decision.
Maintain lead logs and updates on CRM tools.
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure bookings and classes are scheduled smoothly.
Support in collecting feedback and testimonials post-purchase.

What We're Looking For
Excellent spoken English & Hindi; knowing Kannada, Tamil, or Malayalam is a plus.
Polished communication -- sounds confident, not "salesy."
Pleasant voice, positive energy, and genuine interest in helping customers.
Basic familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Excel, or CRM systems.
Willingness to learn about automotive technology and our inspection process.
Self-driven, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
