We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-communicating
Booking Manager Intern
to support front office operations, assist with guest bookings, and learn hospitality sales and guest management. This internship is ideal for students or freshers who want hands-on experience in booking operations, sales coordination, and customer handling.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office & Booking Support
Assist in handling booking enquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and OTA platforms
Support in explaining property details, pricing, packages, and policies to guests
Help maintain booking availability, confirmations, and guest records
Assist in sharing quotations and booking confirmations
Sales Support
Support the team in converting enquiries into confirmed bookings
Follow up with guests under guidance to close bookings
Learn upselling of packages and additional services
Guest Coordination
Assist as a support point of contact for guests before and during their stay
Help coordinate smooth check-in and check-out processes
Support in handling guest requests and basic coordination
OTA & System Learning
Learn to manage bookings on OTA platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.)
Assist in updating booking data and daily records
Reporting & Learning
Maintain daily enquiry and booking trackers
Share booking updates with the team
Assist in collecting guest feedback
Required Skills & Qualifications
Female candidates only
Basic communication skills in English and local language
Interest in hospitality, sales, and guest handling
Comfortable using calls, WhatsApp, and basic computer systems
Willingness to learn booking software and OTA platforms
Friendly, confident, and eager-to-learn attitude
