About Us:
We are seeking a confident and customer-centric professional to manage customer queries, convert inquiries into orders, and Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries via call, WhatsApp, and chat
- Assist customers with product selection and order details
- Handle complaints with empathy and resolution-oriented approach
- Coordinate with the ads/marketing team for lead quality feedback
- Retarget previous customers using order history
- Maintain Excel trackers for follow-ups and performance
Prerequisites:
- Prior experience in customer service, BPO, or support teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication (Hindi & English)
- Confident, polite, and persuasive tone
- Organized and detail-oriented
KPIs:
- Lead-to-order conversion ratio
- Customer satisfaction and review quality
- Resolution turnaround time and complaint handling
