Skills required
Manage customer life cycle by responding to customer queries and issues over call/email/chat
Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions
Ensure 100% Customer Satisfaction by resolving issues and complaints to Customers Satisfaction
Should have the ability to adapt/respond to different scenarios related to order
Multilingual languages (Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam or Kannada) are required along with English & Tamil.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,834.50 - ₹15,000.00 per month
