Job Description

Anugraha Farms is hiring Customer Experience Executives to manage customer interactions for our residential plots and farmland projects. This is an office-based role focused on handling enquiries, coordinating customer communication, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from enquiry to booking.

Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries via calls and WhatsApp Explain residential plot and farmland project details clearly Coordinate customer communication and appointments Provide end-to-end support during enquiry and booking process Follow up with prospective customers Ensure customer satisfaction and professional service

Requirements

Tamil language is mandatory (spoken fluency required)

Basic English communication preferred Good customer handling and interpersonal skills Interest in customer experience / real estate Comfortable with office-based work
