Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)/Any Graduate.


Experience:

1-3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar customer-facing role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Customer-focused mindset with a professional attitude. Analytical thinking to interpret customer feedback and trends. Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks effectively

Job Summary:





The Customer Experience Executive ensures customers have a positive and seamless interaction with the company. This role focuses on handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and improving overall service quality. The executive will develop strong customer relationships, analyze feedback, and implement strategies to increase satisfaction and loyalty.

Collect and evaluate customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement.

Suggest and implement new strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance the customer experience.

Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer insights and improve service delivery.

Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take proactive steps to maintain high standards.

Keep accurate records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
