Needs & Skills:
1. Main Activities
Understand and align with Vision, Purpose, and Values.
Gain knowledge of:
All customers and their business terms with us.
Product variants, configurations, and the production process.
Internal Zone & Cell flow as well as the overall company workflow.
Documentation and reporting systems.
Delivery logistics and transport agency processes.
2. Key Responsibilities
Maintain an updated customer database and record all interactions and transactions.
Coordinate internally on a regular basis to ensure smooth dispatch operations.
Manage material dispatch as per customer requirements.
Keep internal teams informed about customer status and update customers on production progress.
Monitor dispatch status and obtain acknowledgments from customers.
Maintain and update key documents daily:
Order Status Report
Dispatch Details Report
FG (Finished Goods) Report
Organize and maintain a systematic filing system (e.g., Request Cards, Supply Cards, and related documentation).
3. Skills & Qualifications
Academic Qualification
UG/PG Certification (preferably in Electronics)
Computer Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Other Skills
Strong linguistic and communication skills. Specially in Hindi & English
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Good listening skills
Problem analysis and problem-solving abilities
Adaptability and initiative
