The Greeter is responsible for welcoming customers, ensuring smooth coordination with the sales team, and enhancing overall customer experience through engagement, follow-ups, and feedback management.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome customers entering the showroom.
Allocate customers to sales staff based on availability and performance.
Coordinate support staff for smooth operations.
Manage Sunday staffing schedules and attendance.
Support customer engagement through birthdays and special occasions.
Encourage Instagram follows and Google reviews.
Collect NPS and customer feedback after visits.
Maintain daily Customer Footfall Log (CFL).
Track sales outcomes for each customer (sale done/lost).
Assist sales team during peak hours.
Ensure a well-organized and customer-friendly showroom environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of sales coordination.
Ability to multitask and manage front-desk operations efficiently.
Comfortable with digital tools (CRM, Google Reviews, social media).
Presentable, polite, and professional attitude.
Experience & Qualification
Fresher or Minimum 1 year experience in retail / showroom / customer handling preferred
Graduate or equivalent qualification.
