Customer Experience Executive - E-Commerce (Italian Vega)


Italian Vega is hiring 2-3 Customer Support Executives for a blended e-commerce process (Voice, Chat & Email). Location:

Ghaziabad-Noida (Hybrid)

6 days working (Sunday off)

|

9-hour shift with 1-hour break

. Candidates must have

minimum 1 year experience in customer support/e-commerce

, be

graduates (any stream)

, and possess good

English & Hindi communication skills

. Responsibilities include handling order queries, delivery updates, returns/exchanges/refunds, coordinating with logistics, updating CRM, and ensuring customer satisfaction as per brand SOPs. Experience with D2C, fashion brands, Shopify or courier tools is a plus.
