We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused professional to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and members. This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional member experience by managing client communication, supporting account operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day interactions. The ideal candidate will help foster a welcoming, collaborative environment while coordinating closely with internal teams to resolve queries and maintain client satisfaction.




Key Roles & Responsibilities:


Be the first-level SPOC for customer-level queries
Illustrate iSprout's core values and strive to achieve our mission
Support the Account Management team to achieve the following:
Create a welcoming and collaborative environment for our members through events and building relationships between members
Ensure that the assigned accounts/clients are happy, and processes are running smoothly
Assist with move-ins and move-outs; prepare and distribute member welcome packets
Take direction from the Account Manager to support the Team as and when necessary
Greet members and other people who come in for tours, track walk-ins, schedule tours, and send confirmation emails
Handling client-related communication and coordinating with other departments for the closure of client complaints.
Manage and update regular client-related records.
Assist the account manager with the monthly collection process by coordinating with client SPOC
Qualifications


Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and prioritize responsibilities efficiently.
