Customer Relations & Support Executive

Location: Kiran Vihar, Near Karkardoom Metro Station (New Delhi)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Customer Relations & Support Executive to be the point of contact for all customer interactions. You will handle queries received via calls and emails, maintain accurate customer records, and ensure smooth communication between the organization and its participants. This role also involves occasional outbound calls for payment follow-ups, making it a mix of customer service and sales.

Key Responsibilities

? Respond to customer queries via phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.

? Maintain a detailed Excel sheet of all interactions, ensuring accurate tracking and easy follow-up.

? Provide clear and concise information about our programs, processes, and offerings.

? Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

? Conduct outbound calls for payment follow-ups when required.

? Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Requirements

? Strong verbal communication skills in English (and Hindi, if applicable).

? Good writing skills for professional email communication.

? Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and Google sheets

? Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
