About the Role

We're looking for a

proactive and creative individual

to amplify our brand through customer experiences and content.
You'll engage with customers post-purchase, collect and curate feedback, and transform their stories into impactful content that strengthens our brand across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with customers after every sale to gather feedback, reviews, and testimonials. Encourage and incentivize customers to share their experiences. Curate and present reviews in a polished, brand-aligned format. Repurpose customer feedback into engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), our website, and marketing materials. Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to integrate testimonials into campaigns. Maintain a well-organized library of customer stories and success highlights. Represent the

voice of the customer

within the company by identifying trends, praises, and improvement opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic design or content editing knowledge (Canva, Adobe Express, etc.). Strong understanding of social media platforms -- especially LinkedIn, Instagram, and X. Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up discipline. Experience in

customer success, marketing, or brand management

is a plus.
