Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to new inquiries, cold database and existing customers.
Have a solid capability to engage and build a strong bond with customers over a call
Maintain a database of customer information and do timely follow up on leads.
Set up meetings with leads, get them to the project site and coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure a smooth experience for customers
Understand customer needs and provide relevant information
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets.
Maintain call records and prepare daily reports.
Use CRM and other AI tools to communicate and nurture the leads.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification:
12th pass / Graduate (any stream)

Good communication skills in
English, Hindi and Telugu
(additional regional language is a plus).
Complete knowledge of Office Suite, Emailing tools, Whatsapp Marketing.
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred
Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle customer queries effectively.
