Role Description

Royal Brothers is looking for a full-time Customer experience Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will work on-site in Bengaluru and will be responsible for converting incomings leads, achieving individual sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Inside Sales, conversion of potential leads through incoming calls Handling inbound and outbound sales calls to convert prospects into customers Following up on leads and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline Ability to manage priorities and meet targets on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities Participating in training sessions for performance improvement and skill development Sharing daily and weekly activity reports with the Team Leader Adhering to the assigned schedule and roster as per team requirements

Requirements

Candidate needs to have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or customer service Freshers interested sales may also apply Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree Ready to work in rotational shifts Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets Experience in the bike rental industry is a plus

Pay: ?280,000.00 - ?320,000.00 per year
