Performance Drivers:
To ensure customer satisfaction by proactively providing all the support with a customer-centric approach
Assisting and effectively coordinating with Regional/CMO/marketing team
Data analysis of the products/customers/countries/regions and compiling/leveraging market intelligence for making informed decisions
Organizing and updating Regional/CMO, Marketing team, customers and agents by proactively coordinating with all the departments
Updating all the customer profiles, business requirements, enquiries, samples register, pricing proposals, emails and other communication
Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails, and ordering office supplies, corporate and product brochures
Preparing MOMs, Marketing presentations for periodic reviews, Rolling forecasts, Commission payments, reconciliation of accounts receivables and management, Budgeting and marketing expenses
Attending online and face-to-face meetings with customers and travel whenever required
Adhering to company's policies, procedures with a high work ethic Prerequisites:
MBA/Bachelor's degree in Pharma/Chemistry/Science/Commerce and with one or three years of organizational experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational, planning and execution skills.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Presentation Preferred Attributes:
Working knowledge of CRM platforms
Experience of working in a Pharma organization as a Sales/Customer Support professional
Familiarity with market intelligence platforms and market research techniques
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
