What would you be doing?



Respond promptly to customer inquiries via online chat. Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, understanding their goals and objectives. Provide accurate information about products and services. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and queries. Demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills. Stay updated on product updates and company policies. Watch Reels and YouTube videos every day & level up on your fashion sense and understand how to create social media strategy for creators. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve overall support team experience.

What are we looking for?



If you are a content creator yourself or have worked closely in the social media space - we like you already :)

Strong communication skills, ability to articulate information clearly and concisely. Fast and Prompt response on live chat, with a minimum typing speed of 40-50 words per minute. Problem solving skills Capacity to analyze issues and provide effective solutions. Product knowledge and understanding of the company' products and services. Team collaboration willingness to work collaboratively with other team members for issue resolution. Enthusiasm for all things digital and a love for the creator community. Charismatic communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills. Creativity and adaptability in a fast paced, ever- evolving environment. Above everything, willing to learn continuously and keep improving
