We're looking for a Customer experience Associate to drive customer support and order management for high-value orders (?1 lakh+) across categories like sofas, beds, dining sets, and more. This is a hybrid role based in Gurgaon, with the flexibility to work remotely 2-3 days a week. You'll engage with our existing customers to guide them through their queries, issues with their ongoing orders and work closely with our production team to resolve any issues.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with inbound leads to understand issues with their ongoing orders
Consult customers on possible solutions, identify the most amicable option and work closely with the production to ensure the problem is resolved in time and in full
Drive Customer Satisfaction of aggrieved clients by helping them in a timely manner and finding the best possible solution for the customer
Manage follow-ups and ensuring customer happiness
Collaborate with internal teams (design, operations, product) to provide a seamless customer experience
What We're Looking For
2-5 years of experience in furniture industry is preferred
Past experience with brands like Pepperfry, Urban Ladder, Stanley, Livspace, Wooden Street, or similar preferred
Confident communication in English and Hindi is mandatory
Understanding of furniture materials, layouts, and customer preferences
Comfortable with hybrid work
Strong listening and empathy towards customer issues
