Role Overview
We are looking for a
Customer Care Executive
who will be the voice of STRUTT across all customer touchpoints. The role involves managing
customer queries, emails, calls, WhatsApp messages, and social media interactions
, ensuring a smooth and delightful experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
Handle
customer queries
via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media messages.
Resolve issues related to
orders, returns, exchanges, and product information
.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
Coordinate with the
operations & logistics team
to ensure timely resolution of complaints.
Track and report
customer satisfaction, escalations, and common feedback trends
.
Assist in building
customer loyalty and retention programs
.
Requirements
Female candidates preferred.
Graduate with
1-2 years of experience
in customer service (preferably in D2C, e-commerce, or retail).
Strong communication skills (English & Hindi, written and spoken).
Ability to multitask and handle queries across multiple platforms.
Proficiency with email, MS Office/Google Workspace, and CRM tools (Freshdesk/Zoho Desk preferred).
A positive, empathetic, and problem-solving attitude.
