Job Responsibilities:



Handle customer interactions professionally through calls and written communication. Provide accurate booking-related information and resolve customer queries promptly. Address customer concerns and escalate complex issues when required. Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Maintain accurate records and collect customer feedback. Encourage positive Google reviews from satisfied customers. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently. Build strong product knowledge, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
