We are currently looking for a L1 Support and Digital Marketing Manager to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage our Customer Experience Team
Manage customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups
Analyse MIS Data, Customer Behaviour Patterns and Business Analytics
Chart and Manage Growth Plan for Digital Marketing and Social Media Engagements
Handle Social Media pages, posts, and basic promotions
Good understanding of online marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads & social media platforms
Requirements:
Good communication skills
Experience/knowledge in Customer Support
Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads
Strong Knowledge of Excel, Vlookup, Pivot Tables and Google Sheets
Ability to work in a team and multitask
Joining Date - Immediately
Remuneration - 10% to 20% Growth on whatever is your current Payout depending on your Interview Performance.
Other Benefits - ESI and PF will be applicable from date of Joining.
Location: Bhubaneswar
Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in Telecom/Media/E-Commerce.
