VXI Global Solutions hiring for Voice International process and Chat




Freshers/Experience Process: Chat & Voice process (International)




Location: Hitech city, Hyderabad Shift: Night shift (Rotational night shifts) and 5 Days working & two days off in a week

Voice






1) Provide customer support via Chat & Voice for international customers.




2) Troubleshoot customer queries and requests.




3) Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.




4) Document customer interactions for review and follow-up




5) Utilize computing and technical expertise to respond to customer inquiries




6) Regularly review customer feedback and take measures to improve customer service.




7) Inform customers on the steps to follow to exploit services of the company




Chat






1. Excellent communication skills in English




2. Good typing speed up to 35 wpm with Accuracy 90%




3. Self-confident and Motived




4. Under Graduates, Graduates & Postgraduates are eligible for the role (Pursuing candidates are not eligible for the role.)




5.Candidates should be willing to work in Night/ Rotational Shifts
