About the Role



We are looking for a

motivated and customer-focused Tele Sales Executive

to join our

Pre-Sales Operations

team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating qualified leads, and providing detailed property information to potential buyers in the

real estate sector

.

Key Responsibilities



Handle

inbound and outbound calls

to generate leads for residential projects. Explain

property details, project features, pricing, and location benefits

to potential clients. Qualify leads based on

budget, requirements, and buying intent.

Schedule and confirm

site visits

with interested clients in coordination with the sales team. Maintain and update the

CRM system

with client information, interactions, and follow-ups. Achieve

daily, weekly, and monthly

lead generation and conversion targets. Collaborate with

sales and marketing teams

to optimize lead performance. Deliver a

high-quality customer experience

and ensure client satisfaction. Follow

telecalling scripts, compliance standards, and data privacy guidelines.


Skills & Qualifications



Excellent communication skills in

English & Hindi

(regional language is a plus). 1-3 years of

telecalling / call center / inside sales

experience.

Real Estate industry experience is mandatory.

Strong

persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling

skills. Proficiency in

MS Office and CRM tools.

Ability to work in a

target-driven, fast-paced

environment. Result-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated personality.
