Customer Executive - Private Sales
with strong sales expertise and proven experience handling
U.S.-based clients
. The role involves managing high-value customers, driving private sales, and delivering exceptional end-to-end service in the jewelry segment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage private and high-value jewelry customers through personalized sales interactions
Drive sales of jewelry products (silver, gold, vermeil, etc.) via calls, chats, emails, and virtual consultations
Handle U.S. clients with professionalism, understanding their buying behavior, expectations, and time zones
Guide customers on product selection, sizing, metal types, stones, pricing, and care
Convert inbound and outbound leads into successful sales while meeting revenue targets
Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat purchases and customer loyalty
Coordinate with internal teams (design, logistics, customer support) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Handle customer queries related to customization, delivery, returns, and after-sales support
Maintain accurate customer and sales data using CRM tools
Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in
sales or customer executive roles
, preferably in jewelry, fashion, or luxury retail
Proven track record in private or high-touch sales
Mandatory experience working with U.S. clients
Strong knowledge of jewelry products, including metals, gemstones, and basic pricing concepts
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship management skills
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Preferred Skills
Experience with D2C jewelry brands or luxury retail (e.g., GIVA, Melorra, BlueStone, etc.)
Experience in virtual selling or online private consultations
Familiarity with CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, and e-commerce platforms
Customer-first mindset with attention to detail and aesthetics
