Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Proactively reach out to customers to ensure satisfaction and identify potential issues.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service.
Communicate regularly with customers via phone, email, and in person.
Prepare and present reports on customer satisfaction and relationship status.
Provide feedback to management on customer trends and needs.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
