Responsibilities:



Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls/messages. Assist customers with product inquiries, order updates, and service requests. Maintain customer records and update information accurately. Resolve complaints professionally and efficiently. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely responses and service delivery. Provide daily reports and feedback to management.

Requirements:



Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree. Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English (Hindi preferred). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools). Previous experience in customer service or call center is an added advantage. Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.

Salary:

?12,000 - ?18,000 per month (Based on experience)
