Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused
Customer Executive
to be part of our growing team. The role involves interacting with customers, understanding their needs, resolving queries, and ensuring they have a delightful Dohful experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and concerns via phone, email, chat, or in person.
Provide accurate information about Dohful products, orders, and services.
Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
Keep records of customer interactions, feedback, and actions taken.
Requirements:
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of customer service experience.
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (both verbal and written).
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Suite is a plus.
