Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain products/services.
Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries efficiently.
Maintain a record of calls and customer responses in the CRM system.
Follow up with interested prospects and ensure timely closures.
Provide accurate information and build rapport with customers.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills in [Hindi/English/Regional Languages].
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email handling).
Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
Target-oriented mindset.
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any stream.
Prior tele calling or customer service experience preferred.
