Job Description

Conduct engaging and effective product demonstrations for potential and existing customers.

Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their business needs. Act as the first point of contact for product-related queries from customers. Assist the sales team with lead follow-ups, proposal preparation, and CRM updates. Maintain strong product knowledge to address customer questions confidently. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide customer feedback and insights. Support sales campaigns, events, and webinars to enhance customer engagement. Track and report customer interactions and engagement metrics to management.

Qualifications:



Education

: Diploma in Information Technology or a related field.

Experience

: Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or product support role, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry.

Pay: ?15,000.00 per month
