Customer Engagement Officer
who understands patient needs, counsels them appropriately, and recommends the right medical equipment and care plans.
You'll be the voice of support and assurance for patients and caregivers--guiding them through treatment needs while ensuring business growth through responsible consultations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
incoming and outgoing calls
with patients, caregivers, and families.
Understand the
clinical condition
of the patient and suggest appropriate
homecare products
(BiPAP, Oxygen Concentrator, Hospital Beds, etc.).
Provide empathetic
counseling
on product use, care plans, and next steps in recovery.
Build trust and rapport with families to ensure
repeat usage and referrals
.
Record all customer interactions and feedback in CRM.
Coordinate with the sales and delivery teams to ensure smooth service.
Upsell consumables, AMC plans, or product upgrades when appropriate.
Share weekly feedback and trends with the team for service improvement.
You're a Great Fit If You:
Are a
Certified Nurse (GNM/B.Sc)
or
Junior Doctor (BAMS/BHMS/MBBS)
.
Love speaking with people and guiding them toward better health outcomes.
Have strong communication skills in
Hindi and English
.
Are a quick learner with a
business mindset
and can meet follow-up goals.
Are comfortable using CRM, Excel, or basic tech tools.
