Customer Engagement Managers

. This role focuses on building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, managing customer interactions, and driving engagement with our products and services. You will play a key role in understanding customer needs and delivering scientific value through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for healthcare professionals (HCPs) and institutional clients. Present product information with scientific accuracy and clarity. Manage and strengthen customer relationships through regular follow-ups, meetings, and support activities. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, medical affairs) to ensure customer satisfaction. Conduct field visits and participate in scientific/medical discussions and product training. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitor activities. Report customer feedback and market intelligence to relevant teams.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Scientific aptitude and ability to understand medical/pharma products Willingness to travel within the assigned territory Good organizational and time management abilities Proficiency in local language(s) and English
