Responsibilities

1)

All standalone customers of FTL, having multi-location pickups are managed by this position.

2)

This resource manages the single SFE ID that is managed by FTL ops that works on standalone customer BCAs, renewals, vehicle hire contracts etc., system admin roles.

3)

Maintain and report the customer wise KPIs for key customers that are managed directly by this role.

4)

This role also monitor the stadnalone customer P&Ls in order to provide inputs to the FTL ops leadership for improved P&L management.

5)

This role engages with the standalone customers and enhances the customer business volume by regularly winning adhoc business at higher margin levels.

6)

Manages the communication between internal stakeholders, FTL Ops teams and customer for enabling smooth business ops.

7)

To be flexible to travel at short notice for attending RFQ closure discussions, price negotiations, operations support to any place in India.

Requirements

----------------

Candidate preferred from Logistics & Supply chain / 3 PL / Transport company experience. Minimum 5-6 Years experience in similar role will be preferred
