We are looking for a Retention Marketing Lead to own our post-acquisition engagement strategy. With access to a vast and diverse CRM database, this role will focus on identifying high-potential cohorts and crafting nurturing journeys that drive repeat engagement, cross-sell opportunities, and long-term connection with our ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze CRM data to identify meaningful user cohorts based on past actions (event participation, children's program registration, online yoga sign-ups, etc.).
Plan and execute nurture campaigns that keep users engaged and progressively introduce them to suitable programs and offerings.
Design multi-touch journeys that blend email, WhatsApp, app notifications, and SMS to drive cross-sell and upsell.
Collaborate with product teams to map offerings to the right audience segments.
Maintain a content calendar for re-engagement and relationship-building campaigns.
Coordinate with creative and tech teams to ensure timely deployment and tracking.
Use campaign data and engagement metrics to continuously refine messaging and timing.
Who You Are
3-5 years of experience in CRM, retention marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
Solid understanding of audience segmentation, campaign planning, and engagement strategies.
Familiarity with MarTech tools like CRM, Mailchimp, WebEngage, or MoEngage (or similar).
Strong communication sense - know what to say, when, and to whom.
Data-aware and capable of making campaign decisions backed by behavioral insights.
Comfortable working across departments to connect the dots between data, content, and product.
