Key Responsibilities
Engage with existing customers over calls and messages to:
Gather service/product feedback
Understand their evolving needs
Build rapport and trust for repeat business
Act as the
"Voice of the Customer"
for internal teams (sales, service, product)
Highlight common customer issues, feature requests, or expectations
Share weekly reports and trends with leadership for business planning
Work with sales team to pitch upgrades, AMC, and consumables where suitable
Ensure
zero complaints
, maximum loyalty, and high NPS (Net Promoter Score)
You're the Right Fit If You...
Love speaking with customers and building human connections
Are sharp in listening and interpreting feedback
Have strong communication and empathy skills
Can think from the customer's point of view and the business POV
Are organized with reporting, follow-ups, and CRM entries
Have 6 months to 2 years of experience in customer support, telecalling, or customer success roles
Preferred Background
Bachelor's degree (any discipline)
Fluency in Hindi & English
Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills
Familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, CRM is a bonus
