Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and empathetic individual who can combine creativity with strong communication skills to engage with our audience and customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting thoughtful responses on social media, answering customer queries with care, and handling logistics-related issues such as NDR (Non-Delivery Reports). This role requires fluency in English, Hindi and Malayalam.Any other languages will be a added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Conversion support:

Interact with customers and convert them into buyers. Collect feedback on product usage, identify usage patterns, and recommend suitable products, including upselling where appropriate.

Social Media Engagement:

Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions with empathy, understanding, and accuracy. Manage community interactions in their native language ensuring a positive brand presence.

Customer Support & Doubt Resolution:

Respond to customer inquiries and doubts across various platforms post-training. Offer compassionate and informative support, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Logistics Support (NDR Handling):

Coordinate with customers to resolve delivery issues (NDR cases) by communicating in their preferred language. Ensure timely follow-ups to confirm successful delivery resolutions.

Requirements:

Strong written and verbal communication skills in

English ,Hindi and Malayalam

. Empathy, patience, and a customer-first attitude. Ability to write creatively and with clarity. Willingness to learn and adapt through training. Basic understanding of customer service and social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp). Prior experience in customer support, social media management, or content writing is a plus.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Guruvayur, Thrissur, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
