Make outbound calls to potential clients in the education sector to promote Educrib's products and services.
Generate new leads and convert them into sales opportunities through persuasive communication.
Follow up with existing clients to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services.
Utilize CRM software to track calls, update client information, and analyse sales performance.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent performance.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives and share best practices.
Qualifications:
Graduate degree preferred
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in tele calling/telemarketing, preferably in the education or career industry
Proficiency in English and Malayalam
Skills Required:
Strong communication, listening, and persuasion skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with CRM software
Ability to work in a target driven environment
