Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective clients through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Explain platform features clearly and guide customers toward suitable mutual fund options.
Qualify, nurture, and convert leads at each stage of the sales funnel.
Update and maintain accurate call logs, chat records, and follow-up notes in the CRM.
Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
Requirements
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Malayalam is a plus).
Full-time availability for office-based work.
Interest in financial or investment-related products.
Self-motivated, confident, and strong in follow-up.
