Job Overview


We are looking for a proactive

Inside Sales Executive

to handle customer engagement and conversions from our office. You will interact with potential clients through phone calls and WhatsApp, explain the features of our mutual fund platform, and assist them through the onboarding journey. Maintaining accurate CRM records, consistent follow-up, and meeting monthly goals are key parts of this role.

Key Responsibilities



Contact prospective clients through phone calls and WhatsApp. Explain platform features clearly and guide customers toward suitable mutual fund options. Qualify, nurture, and convert leads at each stage of the sales funnel. Update and maintain accurate call logs, chat records, and follow-up notes in the CRM. Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

Requirements



Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Malayalam is a plus). Full-time availability for office-based work. Interest in financial or investment-related products. Self-motivated, confident, and strong in follow-up. Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
