About the role We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Engagement Executive to assist customers in credit card journey.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of credit card features, and the ability to handle customer conversations professionally and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Call customers who have initiated the credit card application and guide them through the VKYC process.
Explain the benefits and features of the Credit Card in a clear and engaging manner.
Assist customers with common issues (e.g., incomplete VKYC, network errors, or documentation issues).
Post-approval, call customers to help them link their RuPay credit card to UPI App.
Educate customers about cashback, and other reward benefits.
Ensure all interactions are logged in the CRM system accurately.
Follow up with customers who haven't completed the VKYC or card linking process. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and conversion rates.
Meet daily/weekly targets and adhere to process guidelines. Required Skills and Qualifications Education: Minimum 10+2 / Graduate in any discipline
Experience:
6 months - 2 years in telecalling, inside sales, or customer support preferred
.Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages preferred).
Strong persuasion and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with banking/credit card/KYC processes is an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, email writing).
Should be target-driven and customer-oriented.
Soft skills Empathetic and patient with customers.
Positive attitude and ability to handle rejections.
UPI knowledge (preferred but trainable).
