Job Description

Handling customer queries(calls/tickets) Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear interaction with customers and internal teams Address customer complaints, concerns, or issues in a professional, empathetic manner and work towards resolving them quickly. Strong focus on customer satisfaction, with the ability to remain calm, empathetic, and professional even in challenging situations. Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and effectively. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple inquiries or tasks at once without compromising quality. Familiarity with real estate terms, processes, and regulations (knowledge of local market trends and property types is a plus) Ability to learn and keep up with changes in real estate laws, policies, and industry standards. Experience with Microsoft Office, Sales force, SAP is a plus
