We are hiring Customer Engagement Executives to assist customers through their credit card onboarding process. The role involves calling customers, supporting VKYC completion, and helping them activate and link their credit card. Candidates should have strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Call customers and guide them through the VKYC process.
Explain credit card features, benefits, and rewards.
Assist with common issues such as incomplete VKYC or documentation errors.
Help customers link their RuPay credit card with UPI after approval.
Log all customer interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up with customers who haven't completed onboarding steps.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and meet daily/weekly targets.
Requirements:
Education: 10,+2 or Graduate.
Experience: 6 months to 2 years in tele calling, customer support, or inside sales (preferred).
Good communication in English and Hindi; regional languages are a plus.
Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM, email).
Knowledge of credit cards, KYC, or banking is an added advantage.
Customer-focused, persuasive, and target-driven.
Soft Skills:
Empathetic and patient.
Good phone etiquette and clear speech.
Ability to handle rejection and adapt to script/offer changes.
Quick learner with a positive attitude.
Tools (Preferred):
CRM tools (Kapture or similar).
UPI knowledge (trainable).
