Role Description



We are hiring a

Customer Engagement Associate

for a

full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai

. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy client interaction, relationship management, and contributing to business growth.

The role involves managing customer support, enhancing client experience, strengthening relationships, and supporting sales initiatives. Candidates with exposure to

real estate, financial services, or client-facing roles

will find this role especially rewarding. You will also conduct onboarding and training sessions to ensure a smooth and engaging client journey.

Key Responsibilities



Deliver exceptional customer support and client experience Build and maintain long-term client relationships Understand customer needs and provide timely, effective solutions Support sales and business development activities Conduct client onboarding and training sessions Collaborate closely with internal teams in an on-site environment

Preferred Qualifications & Skills



Experience in

customer service, client engagement, or relationship management

Background in real estate, wealth management, financial services, or similar client-facing sectors is a strong plus

1+ year of relevant work experience is preferred but not mandatory

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-centric mindset with good problem-solving abilities

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, on-site setup

Educational background in business, finance, or related fields is an advantage
