VOC Automotive India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and proactive Customer Engagement Associate to join our growing team. This role involves managing both inbound and outbound customer communication through phone calls and utilizing the application to access and manage client data.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers via calls to provide assistance regarding vehicle service, job opportunities, enquiries, and other automotive-related services.
Utilize the VOC application to fetch and manage customer data efficiently.
Identify potential leads and follow up on service inquiries and job-related queries.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update internal systems accordingly.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Handle customer concerns with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary.
Preferred Skills and Qualification.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak fluently in English and any South Indian language (Kannada,Tamil, Telugu,Hindi or Malayalam preferred).
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
Basic knowledge of the automotive industry or willingness to learn.
Comfortable using mobile applications and basic CRM tools.
Previous experience in customer service, tele calling, or a similar role is an advantage.
Prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred but not mandatory.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
