Act as a primary representative of the company at events, trade shows, and community functions, communicating brand values and products effectively. Engage with customers through various channels to build relationships and loyalty. Provide assistance with product or service inquiries and help resolve customer issues promptly. Promote brand loyalty programs and customer incentives. Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve engagement strategies and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing teams to support promotional campaigns and activities. Monitor social media and other platforms for customer engagement opportunities and brand mentions. Maintain professionalism and uphold the company's image during all customer interactions.
