Customer Delight Executive

to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy. Perform accurate data entry and maintain organised records. Resolve customer queries promptly and escalate issues when needed. Provide support to clients and assist in upselling products or services when appropriate. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Skills & Attributes:

Strong verbal communication skills (English required; Spanish or other languages a plus). Basic calling and phone etiquette. Ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions. Proactive, positive attitude with teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
