Customer Relationship Management

: Develop and nurture strong relationships with enterprise customers to understand their business goals and needs.

Strategic Planning

: Create and implement customer success plans that outline objectives, potential challenges, KPIs, and timelines.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

: Work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Engineering teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for customers.

Training and Enablement

: Implement and run user training and enablement sessions to ensure seamless adoption and measurable success.

Feedback Loop

: Gather and relay customer feedback to internal stakeholders, identifying themes to incorporate into product planning.
