The

Customer Delight Executive

will manage customer inquiries ensuring every customer receives accurate information and a delightful experience. You will act as a key representative of the company, maintaining professionalism and customer satisfaction in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities



Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat Understand customer concerns and provide effective solutions Resolve complaints with patience, empathy, and accountability Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution Maintain accurate data and interaction logs in the CRM system Identify and share opportunities to improve customer service processes

Required Skills & Qualifications



0-3 years of customer service experience Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Customer-first attitude with problem-solving skills Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
