Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom or contacting via calls/online.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction post-purchase.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to improve service delivery.
Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
Promote myG products and services while ensuring customer delight.
Help implement customer-centric initiatives to enhance the overall experience.
